Start taking care of yourself from your late teens or early 20s. Because that is when your ageing process starts. From skincare routines to nutrition to exercise to leading a stress-free life. Everything starts in the late teen stage. You can try the below at any age. But for best results, start from your early teens.

Skincare routines

Have a specific morning and night routine to take care of your skin. A morning routine should comprise of cleansing, scrubbing, moisturizing. A morning routine also has an important part of applying your sunscreen to protect your skin from ageing too early. (Exposure to sun causes wrinkles and ageing in the skin). Back from college or work? Cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin. Going to bed? Cleanse and moisturize with a water-based moisturizer.

Your wrinkles show up way too early because your skin gets dry and it is easy to break. Moisturizing your skin will create elasticity in your skin and the wrinkling delays a good amount of time

Nutrition

What you eat is what you become. High fat, less fibre diet is an enemy of youth and health. Be mindful of what you are eating. Create a meal plan which works according to your palette and which is also right on fibre, water and fatty acids. These fatty acids can keep your skin glowing for long

Exercise

Not only your skin but your body will thank you for exercising. But be careful not to leave the sweat on your skin for too long. It might cause unnecessary breakouts and rash. But exercise is great for relieving stress and boosting your mood. This is surely helping you in keeping you youthful and strong. 

Stress-free to Crease-free

You may notice that your hair turns grey or more wrinkles appear or your face is more puffed up when you are stressed. Sure you want to be more productive. Declutter and organise your routine. Set more routines and stick to them. Being in a fight or flight mode always is going to make your system weak and accelerate ageing. You will surely need a talk with a dermatologist, nutritionist and a psychologist if you really want to take action on your ageing.
