What health conditions can I consult for?
    All types of health concerns can be consulted on Doxtro App (via Chat or Phone call) except emergencies, acute and / or chronic conditions which requires physical visit to a Hospital.
How do I use this app?
    Select a specialization on the home screen, select self or family member you’re consulting for, select consultation type ,Chat/Phone Call and submit your health concern. Choose whether you would like to Consult Now or Later and make the payment. A doctor will take up your case within 20-25 minutes.
How do I trust the Doctors in your App are genuine?
    We have a very stringent Doctor On-boarding process. There is a separate App for Doctors ( Doctor – Partner app) wherein the Doctors will have to register, upload supporting documents and their profile. The Doctors will be approved to be available on our platform only after verification of documents and profile by the back-end team.
What is the duration of a consultation?
    Duration of consultation depends on the patient’s condition and discretion of Doctors. However the chat window will be open upto 48 Hrs for any follow-up or queries which is not chargeable,after which consultation will be automatically closed.
How will doctor provide medicines?
    Doctors will share E-prescriptions. You can order them online in Doxtro App itself and get it delivered to your Home or Office.
Can I speak with the same doctor again?
    Yes, after a consultation is closed, you can restart a follow-up consultation with the same doctor. You can opt for same Dr. through Planned consultation mode also.
What if my health concern requires a physical visit?
    Certain health conditions require precise diagnosis. Our doctors would ask you to get relevant medical tests done to confirm the diagnosis. In cases where physical visit is mandatory our doctors will suggest you for the same.
What languages are available to consult?
    At present, you can consult our doctors in English or Hindi. We’re launching more regional languages very soon.
What are the service timings?
    Our doctors are available 24×7. However the availability of doctors for particular specialisation depends on the availability of specialist doctor at that point of time.
How do I trust the Drs in your App are genuine?
